Only when an adequate number of electrons are present in the atom, it becomes stable. Sufficient amounts of electrons are received in atoms, when two atoms bind together and share electrons. Thus, it stabilizes and forms molecules. Not all atoms can form bonds together. Bonds depend on the charge and chemistry of the atom.
